The BCMGA was established in 2011, to promote meat goat breeds in Butler County and, at the request of our 4-H/FFA Members and Advisors, to establish a Born & Raised program/show.  By the end of just our first year, we had developed into much more than that! 
     We strive to promote and offer educational programs to not only our members, but we challenge ourselves to offer clinics and programs that would benefit anyone within the industry, whether they live inside or outside of Butler County.  
     We support our breeders by partnering with local vendors to offer members special discounts, free clinics, nutritional supplies, etc.
