Introducing our brand-new Supreme Exhibitor Awards Program! This is updated for 2024.  These will be given out after the Born & Raised Show at the 2024 Butler County Fair. B&R Breeder sale sheet: This form is for record keeping of B&R breeders animals & Tag numbers that are sold and to which Butler County fair exhibitor the animal belongs. Please print this sheet and keep Accurate record as you sell animals. This is to be turned in completed with payment no later than MAY 11th, 2024,​ for the animal to be registered as B&R. ​ If you prefer to pay by credit card, please email a scan/picture of the form to [email protected]. An invoice link to pay will be emailed back to you.​
B&R Instructions: This is just a handy sheet we recommend that you print and keep on hand to have contact information for the Executive board, our mission as an association and other important dates for the year!

Boer Goat Classic:  The entire packet of registration forms, rules, costs, and information for the 10th annual Butler County Boer Goat Classic. please download, print the packet/sections you need and register to have fun with us while we raise money for our counties youth 4H program.
The BCMGA Scholarship:  The Butler County Meat Goat Association Scholarship was established to provide financial assistance and support for Butler County Junior Fair Goat Department participants.  The award shall be used only for tuition, books, materials, fees, room and board. Two $500.00 scholarships are available. Qualified applicants should submit the attached application no later than July 1, 2023.  The new form will be uploaded soon, please check back.
